As an Inbox Manager at Leadbird, your role encompasses responding and managing conversations with leads from our clients campaigns. This fully remote, full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with successful B2B businesses worldwide.

Inbox Managers Responsibilities:

As a Inbox Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Categorizing all responses from our clients cold email campaigns
  • Submitting any qualified leads to our clients
  • Sending any responses to our clients for assistance when we don't have the capacity to answer the email
  • Leveraging the clients response to create compelling responses to convert the lead
  • Uploading and managing our clients Do-Not-Contact list
  • Following any manual processes for our subsequences if necessary or needed
  • Setting up clients in Smartlead (subsequences, webhooks, and adding them to the white label)

Additional Attributes

  • Identifying processes and systems to increase our conversion rates and minimize errors

Bonus Qualifications

  • Expertise in Smartlead or Airtable.
  • Experience working in an Outbound Agency.
  • Wide-ranging B2B experience across multiple industries.
  • Entrepreneurial experience.

What You'll Do:

We’re a fast-growing startup, and your responsibilities will vary over time, but these core responsibilities will always remain the same:

Daily

  • Categorize all new replies from our clients campaign
  • Schedule emails for all future replies
  • Forward replies for all referral emails
  • Submit any leads to our clients
  • Check Smartlead to make sure all responses for the day have been categorized

Weekly

  • Check to make sure that leads are being enrolled into the subsequence
  • Update the DNC for any clients

As needed

  • Send replies to clients for leads that can't be categorized
  • Nurture leads that haven't converted from our subsequences
  • Add the subsequences for all new campaigns
  • Create the client in Smartlead and set up their webhook


What You Can Expect In Your First Year:

Within 7 Days

  • Complete your new hire onboarding.
  • Understand all technology used in Leadbird
  • Understand how to categorize all replies according to the response

Within 14 Days

  • Start managing all client replies within Airtable
  • Submit leads to clients as they come

Within 30 Days

  • Understand how to send custom replies to leads
  • Understand how to set up subsequences in Smartlead
  • Manage the entire Inbox Management process (with no hiccups)

And beyond

  • help us to continue building better processes (and systems) around inbox management to convert more responses to leads
